The Region of Western Greece with the support of the Regional Union of Municipalities of Western Greece, the Regional Directorate of Primary and Secondary Education of Western Greece and the Regional Training Center for Educational Planning of Western Greece successfully organized and implemented the Student Contest in Greece with the title “Promoting my region”.  The student contest was organized in the framework of the cross-border cooperation project «Promoting Area Attractiveness through Hiking and Introducing a Different Touristic Approach (P.A.T.H.)», co-funded by the Interreg Greece-Italy 2014-2020.

Students from the three Regional Units of Western Greece (Achaia, Elis and Aetoloakarnania) participated in the contest by creating original and personalized videos presenting a selected point of interest located in their region. A total of 30 participations was recorded in the student contest.
